1. Remove existing insole from your regular sports shoes or workout shoes
2. If needed - adjust the size of your Champions Choice insoles - simply cut along the appropriate scored line located on the bottom of the insole for a custom fit
3. Replace the insole you removed with the new Champions Choice
4. Use the Champions Choice during all your practice or training sessions
5. Remove the Champions Choice insole and put your regular insole back in and you are ready for your game or competition
