Product Comment:I was worried about the fit as I would normally buy trainers that are larger than my shoe size (5.5). However, I was advised to go lower and they were a perfect fit. They did take a bit of time to get used to (carrying the extra weight!) but if you wear them often enough they are fine. No blisters to report! Very pleased!

Product Comment:Found them comfortable and very quick to get use to wearing. Legs starting to look better already.Used light weights first time, found them heavy. Would recommend them for anyone wanting to give their legs a good workout. Much better than sweating it out at the gym.

Product Comment: I have had my Power Diets for nearly 3 weeks now and can feel the difference already. I find them comfortable to wear and can keep up with people who aren't wearing them on a long walk. The first few times I wore them my legs were slightly achy in the morning but I put this down to my muscles working properly. I think they are a great product if you like walking as once you get used to them you forget about the weights but know they are burning of more calories than if you were wearing normal shoes. I'm not sure I could run in them but who knows - maybe in a few weeks!
